| Factory Introduction | In 1993, we started production of stainless steel process. At present, we have over 20 years' manufacturing experience of kitchen ware. The company has USD21 million total investment including a 230,000 square meters factory. The factory has 150,000 square meters buildings with over 3,000 employees, including almost 200 R&D technicians. We are specialized in producing high-class stainless steel dining and kitchen ware product series and supplementary high-class stainless steel wares, aluminum products, home appliances, hardware accessories, tempered glass covers, plastics, and etc. The company has introduced 8 advanced stainless steel compound bottom pot processing lines, including 5 large-scale press welders, which guarantee our annual output capacity of 150,000PCS. The company has also introduced 5 tempered glass production lines from South Korea, which can satisfy the output capacity of 12,000,000PCS tempered glass cover annually. Moreover, the company has 2 aluminum production lines. Our products are mainly exported to advanced countries in Europe and America, with annual output value of RMB230,000,000. In recent years, we have been taking three-innovation principle in system, management, and technology. We have established production-study-research bases under cooperation with GDUT, TJU, and IPECAS. We also increased capital investment in R&D to joint-develop new products. Therefore, we have been successively launching new stainless steel compound bottom pots and kitchen small home appliances series products, which have independent intellectual property rights and high added value. At present, we have been awarded over 50 items of independent intellectual property right. |
